I want to use these for deadlifting instead of pole dancing. I am a big 300lb guy who wants a better grip on the bar when lifting 500+ lbs, any good?

I am 5'4" / 140 and I'm deadlifting again - would these be good for barbell work?

Which size should i choose? I have small hands..in gloves at work i have german size 6.5..is this xs or s?

i would go for small a little room is better i found because they will tear apart ... i found pole grip works better but again its dosnt discriminate on what it grips lol

I would suggest using talc or babypowder on your palms prior to using these. They won't fix your sweaty palms, but they'll make an unbreathable barrier so it doesnt affect your grip.
