A little apprehensive about whether this would be as good as a true Chorizo flavour -- it is a VERY tasty packet of goodness.The contents settle to a block form -- this does not detract from the great flavour, a meat tenderiser will release this into it's original powder form.Smokey Bacon flavour is very tasty too

Great tasting
This flavouring makes food extra special.I made a rice and prawn dish and added some of this to it and everyone commented to how nice it tasted. It saved me having to buy chorizo!
