Excellent product
Bought this and a finer grit also for lathe work. I turn mostly bowls and hollow forms and like to sand to about a 2000+ grit for many of the items for final finish. This stuff is simply excellent. It's much like a green scrubbing pad but of course much finer. I can fold it into a pad and press it against virtually any shape - interior or exterior - and get a very nice finish. And it lasts and lasts. I'm still using the this first pack and have done about a dozen bowls so far.I bought the 5-pack as a trial and on the basis of that, also bought the 2500 grit. Overall very pleased and will definitely be purchasing more.

Perfect tool for the job.
I have been using pads like this for years in various woodworking endeavors and these pads did not disappoint. Easy to use and did as they were described. I used them to apply Odie's oil to a project I had just completed.

Fantastic CLEANER. Yes, you read that right. Read on...
My only gripe about this product is that it's more expensive than I think it should be. But once you get past that, it's pure gold. I find it to be my swiss army knife of cleaning. Here are some of the tasks I've successfully used Mirlon for:Cleaning hard water spots off glass shower doors. This stuff is a flat out miracle for this. I have no idea why people still buy chemical cleaners for this task. Mirlon takes on hard water spots with ease and without toxic crap. I keep a half sheet of it in the shower for this purpose.Cleaning stainless steel. Just go with the grain and this product will gently take anything off the top of your stainless. Even some scratches. I use it in my big SS farmhouse sink to keep it looking sharp. Wouldn't use anything else.Cleaning ceramic non-stick pans. When stuff sticks to non-stick, you know you have a problem. These pads seem just abrasive enough to remove the crud, but not quite enough to remove the ceramic coating. Another win for Mirlon.Polishing quartz countertops. I stick to the 2500 grit for this, and it does a fantastic job of shining up that countertop without damaging it. Follow up with a little wax or furniture polish and it all looks brand new.I continue to find uses for this amazing product, and highly recommend it. It is expensive, but I have no reservations in saying that for me, it's more than paid for itself in time and effort saved.

Good quality and long lasting
I use these a lot in my wood finishing. I usually cut the sheets into thirds and they last a long time. I will buy again when the time comes.
