Are these with fragance ?

most definitely. To my nose they have a sweet, earthy fragrance, They burn on average for 30-40 min. or so. I like them.

This smells nothing like sandalwood and I can’t stand the smell but no return…?

Good luck! I opened box only to be stung by wasps! They were inside box. The box was in poor condition. I contacted Amazon and they said NO return. They did refund(amazon credit) me due to nightmare. I attempted to burn one stick. Horrible scent! Not sandalwood at all.
