I finally decided I ought to be taking a B complex because I know it’s good for so many issues and parts of the body. Reading through this one sounded like it was high-quality. It dawned on me about a week ago that my hair and nails are longer and stronger. I’ve been taking it about a month. I’m also recently pleased with how the skin on my hands and face looks. I’ll stay with this brand because of the success. Now that I realize there’s clearly a difference (my nails no longer bend easily nor have I had any splits) I’m going to take it only every other day now just to avoid any possibility of toxicity, figuring that my body has now been saturated successfully, and I can back off a little bit. Update several months later .. I got compliments from TWO close friends who don’t know each other after not having seen them for six months (they live in a different state from me). They both couldn’t get over the quality of my skin, said I looked so much younger. I too had become quite pleased lately with the quality my skin (I’m 68), I was kind of amazed with it to be honest. I had forgotten that it could be this B complex, and let it run out, then started using another brand that I get for free with my insurance. The other day, two months after my first brand ran out, I looked in an outside mirror I have and was shocked at the craggy deep lines..I had not seen them so noticeably before. I immediately ordered these again and they finally arrived last week. I’m sooooo hoping my body responds in the same way as it did before! I’ll update here if it does…

The only reason I am not giving it a five is because of how huge the pills are. Like are those pills for horses or for humans? So I've been using ChatGPT for the best quality a vitamins for my daughter. Her neurologist recommended vitamin B 100 and I found out from ChatGPT not all vitamin B 100s are created equally. A lot of of them give you all of the vitamins all at once which ChatGPT said it's not good for her that it's better to get a slow released so it stays in her system for a while slowly releasing so it doesn't overwhelm. The first choice that was recommended by chat gbt was this pill as well as it's Amazon's first choice and I like that it says it's lab tested and all that stuff but please can y'all make the pill smaller somehow or make it where you have to take two pills? My daughter is special needs and I don't wanna have to worry About her swallowing pills. I definitely would like a safe option where I continue with the same safe brand. I don't want to continue to find another option, especially this vitamin at the price of $10 is a great deal! I hope they see this message and help out.

I don't take these every day but on the occasion I know I'll need extra sustained energy or am feeling sluggish. Great for example if you're going to be out hiking or dancing at a festival all day. These provide you with "unconscious" energy. You won't notice any type of buzz.
