I had one for about 20 years and my grandchildren and great-grand children finally "did it in" I put the parts that were left in the toy box and got another one. I don't allow them to pull this one apart and make bracelets out of it, but now the adults who sit around my coffee table just love fooling with it. It still fascinates! Great gift also!

I originally bought this as something to fiddle with, but it is a bit big to play with. It is however much better as a decoration and does look rather good.Others have complained about it braking easily, given the design fiddling with it for a moment can bend it into a position that is at its limit, and so I could see it breaking if being forced further and would not recommend for children who would quickly stretch and twist a new toy to its most extreme.The main reason for 3 stars is its price, at the end of the day its a bit of plastic that costs £20.00. If it was £10.00 I would have given it 5 stars and a strong recommendation, at £15.00 I would say 4 stars and a maybe, but £20.00 feels overpriced. price is highly subjective so consider how much the price bothers you.

Compared to the original tangle jnr of similar large size this is absolute junk. Poor material, doesn't come apart and reconnect. Bought for my autistic son , broke within minutes. Can't prove because my son opened it but pretty sure it came already broke apart and not as one single loop.

I'm currently using it as decoration for my living room. It is great and it draws peoples attention.This item is also listed in the MOMA STORE for sell (and obviously it is sold a lot more expensive than here).I owned it for one year.The finish is Ok, but when you touch it it is plastic. It is good quality but it could be better.Quality in general is good, it has suffered from lot of people playing with it and it is still exactly as new.In brief: great toy!... (even if I don't use it as a toy).
