Terrible... the size is great but not worth the money. The pan folded my 1st time using it. At 375. Not even a broil or anything crazy... I wanted something strong and worth the higher price***okay so it did the fold one time so I'm changing my stars from 2 to 4. Its amazing now and the rack with it is also a plus. Worth what I paid.2 years later and it's still the best pan.. I can roast a full.chicken ( That is a 5 pound chicken in that picture!? .. cook my tater tots.... its huge and bakes lots of cookies. Use parchment paper of you do bake. So easy to clean even after 2 years. Take care of it... and it will last!!!!

Easy to clean,does not distort

Just opened it, I had ordered the extra large but that was too big, now got this half sheet size it’s perfect for my oven and boy am I impressed.Both the sheets that arrived had immense quality. They are so heavy and sturdy you can instantly tell it’s gonna last years and will retain heat much better than any of this flimsy cheap sheets you get with oven or in aftermarket.I have been using my USA loaf pans made of the same material and I know this retain heat in great amount and cooks evenly.It is expensive no doubt but if you are going to bake a lot, you will cherish all USA pan investments. The results are tad bit better. Every time.
