What is the shelf life of boxed tofu?

It has a "best used date" close to 1 year on the packages we bought. But being that it is sealed, it is good beyond that date. Hope this helps.

The box says non-gmo... but it's not certified organic or non-gmo project certified. Is it really non-gmo?

Hi there Estinea, Our products have always been non-GMO. However, it wasn't until our newest box that we had the official certification put on.
