Was surprised that this book did not come in any kind of envelope or wrapper to protect in transit, just floating around in a too big box (one corner slightly bent). Excellent concept, thick paper, well designed gift!

I originally bought the “Letters To My Sister” booklet and absolutely loved it, so I wanted to do the same for my parents. The prompts help with the process and it’s the sweetest and most sentimental present. The prompts for the letters also help with possibly not knowing what to write or how to start. And even at the end, there are blank letters without prompts for you to write whatever you please. The closing stickers and matching letter designs are so cute and just make the whole thing complete and aesthetically pleasing

I purchased this with the idea of having my four kids, write 3 letters each to their dad. They did and we gave it to him for Christmas. It made a wonderful gift and brought back some special memories or their childhood. They are all adults now.

I purchased this one and the Letters to My Mom as Christmas presents. I love the idea of this and can't wait to present it to my parents. I did have a couple of reservations though: 1. It's not clear from the description that the letters are meant to be presented in the booklet. I thought I would be mailing these. I like either method of delivery and for Christmas it works great since I'll give them the whole book, but the description is ambiguous. 2. I tried using a fine point Sharpie for my first letter and there's bleeding. I switched to a regular pen, but I'm disappointed it won't be colorful. Last thing: each letter has a "sealed on" date and a "to be opened on" date. I didn't really like this because it felt weird to pick a date when they would unseal my letter. (And to be clear, it felt weird because the prompts weren't related to a date, say Father's Day or Christmas, just thoughts or memories.) To get around this though, I just made up silly specifications like "on a Sunday afternoon" or "a rainy day" - that sort of thing.

Had my children write them for Fathers Day! My husband was in tears. A very sweet gift for Dad! A good project for kiddos.

I got this book for my dad. He was very touched by it and it made him cry. The letters were easy to write and he enjoyed reading them.
