I take care of my uncle who is bedridden. Bed sores were a constant challenge prior to using this product. I purchased it and along with infrared light therapy, existing sores healed beautifully. I use this spray after each bed change and haven't seen an open wound in months. It is super easy to use. A little pump goes a long way so do not get discouraged by the size of the bottle. Works well on cuts and scrapes too. I give two thumbs up and 5 stars for this product. I just wanted to provide an update... This product works so well that the VA caregivers have been inquiring about our success since I began using it on my uncle. Prior to using this product, for over a year, my uncle was receiving bi weekly home visits for wound care. No longer is this an issue.
