What kind of power supply does this thing need?

You will need a PICO power supply and a adapter. Either one will work, but you will also need this or similar: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07QS5VKCQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Just make sure its rated for whatever PICO you use.

Does the glass completely close? I saw some picture with it not completely sealed into the case

Yes , the glass lid completely closes the case. Problem : in this position , a lot of heat builds up inside the case. Solution : insert small rubber rings (supplied with the case) under the glass lid, thus creating space between the glass lid and the case ; That would allow fresh air in . If you want a completely closed case , then go for the all metal case , or else you'll have to deal with overheating system.
