Great product. Fits my Mossberg Maverick 88 perfectly. I noticed that the listing description is not quite accurate. This item fits the synthetic stock, not the wood as stated. Check out my attached pic from the manufacturer showing the models this item fits.This gives a great cushion, blends in the the butt and takes five minutes to install. Worth every penny.

Fits my Beneiil Montefeltro Silver perfect with excellent shoulder comfort

This product reduces the recoil by a ton!. Before when I would shoot sporting clays around 200 shells a session; after about 100 shells, my shoulder would hurt a lot; to the point where shooting was not fun anymore. My shoulder was bruised and very painful. With this buttpad; I have no more pain or bruising on my shoulder at all; this made my shotgun pleasurable to shoot. This buttpad was used on a CZ Redhead Premier. The fit was not perfect and I had to do some drilling; but in the end it did the job very well. Get this pad, have your shotgun fitted, and then have a gunsmith cut the stock of your shotgun and install this buttpad perfectly; where the pad is a flush fit. I highly recommend this pad,; 10/10, will recommend to others.

not quit a perfect fit on a spandau s2 shotgun had to modify adapter plate but it will work just fine.

For recoil reduction, works great. I can now shoot my pump slug gun without getting hammered by the recoil. I don't know why, but the material seems like it melts and becomes sticky on the outside edges. I'm still using this product.

Needed to replace the petrified stock recoil pad on my old Mossberg 835 turkey gun. The unique 3" hole spacing of the synthetic stock meant I couldn't use the normal grind-to-fit pads, as they're all a 3.125" hole spacing. The only pads I could find were pre-fit, and I haven't had the best experience with them fitting in the past. I decided to give it another go, and the results were amazing! I can't say every shotgun will be like mine, but for my 835, the fit was perfect! Holes lined up correctly, and the pad size was as though it was designed by the factory. Using the supplied screws, it took only a minute to install, and you have a little "wiggle" room to adjust the fit to be even on all sides. Tightened everything down, and job done. I won't comment as far as recoil reduction goes, as that's subjective to everyone. I will say it's better than the rock-hard pad that was on there, though that is true of pretty much any new pad. I highly recommend!

Does NOT fit a Mossberg 590. It's too tall so it hangs off the bottom by a half inch or more. Looks bad. I had to trim plastic on the side that meets up with the stock just to get it to lay flat. Not sure why they say it fits. The only thing that lined up was the screw holes
