Honestly a life changer for me. I used to get bad cold sores every month. I've been taking this (¹ per day) for years now and the frequency has dropped to a few times a year and the severity is much less than before. I should probably add that I needed to take this for a few months before it had any real effect, so stick with it (I.e. finish the bottle) it may be better to have a higher dosage to start with to saturate your system, then just do a top up tablet each day.
