Hello everyone! You need to make sure you see a nutritionist before taking this product. I started taking LiyfZyme and lost ten pounds of weight because I wasn't getting any nutrition out of my food. The enzymes were breaking down the food way too much that my body wasn't able to absorb any of the nutrition. When I called LiyfZyme to tell them what I experienced, they said the manager would call me back, but never did. Be wary of this product and consult a nutritionist 1st before using it.
