My wife and I are Dolly Parton fans so we had high expectations for this coffee table book, and it does not disappoint. It is big, heavy and packed with awesome storytelling and photographs. It is the primary book on our coffee table and we have both read it. Amazon shipped it in a secure box with protective bubble wrap, so it looks like it just came off the printing machine. A must-buy if you like Dolly.

First if all, I was amazed at the weight of this huge book and admired the mail person who carried it all the way to my house. But when I began reading it I was touched by the authenticity in the author’s voice as she shared her memories. Thank you, Dolly Parton, for sharing your memories and your songs.

Now it lives on her coffee table. She was thrilled with this.

It is a book of lyrics and pictures about Dolly's life and how songs and lyrics were influenced by her life. Very cool book. Especially if you are a Dolly fan.
