I bought these as a last resort to help my hemoglobin levels rise to the levels they needed to be for a cosmetic surgery and they were the best thing ive come across. In two weeks my hemoglobin went from 9.1 to 11.2. I took 2 three times a day which is way above the recommended dose but I was desperate and not only did it help my hemoglobin but i had a lot more energy, my skin cleared up and I for once felt healthy. Frankly I think they taste disgusting but I also hate grape/elderberry flavored things. It does leave a metallic/bloody aftertaste sometimes but I can’t complain cause it served its function. 10/10 would recommend and I just bought my second jar.

I bought these for my daughter to get more iron in her diet. She's afraid to take pills, so I had to find a gummy version you would tolerate. She says these taste great, which is all I can ask for. I tried them myself and felt like you could taste the iron in them still, but the grape flavor wasn't bad. The texture was also a little weird for me, it wasn't as chewy as a regular gummy, but more of a gelatin feel. My daughter is happy with them though, so I will definitely be buying this brand again when we run out.

Iron is so hard to disguise. These aren’t bad… but I can’t say they’re good.My kids won’t eat them. So I do. But even I have to remind myself it’s a vitamin and not candy and that’s how I can stomach them. They taste like bad grape gumdrops. That being said, they’re OK as far as iron goes.

I am an adult. I bought this item for me. I have lower iron levels that sometimes go under the minimum. My doctor had me on heavy duty iron supplements for a while and they destroyed my stomach.These have the perfect dosage so they do not hurt my stomach at all! They also have the vitamin C to help absorb better so I don’t need a separate supplement. And B12!!! (Happy vegan!)These are great. Gonna buy these forever. I feel so much better and my stomach is not suffering.

I might’ve had higher hopes than I should’ve for these, but they were (to be completely honest) beyond awful as far as flavor. Not to make it sound too graphic — but, to me, 2 gummies were more like melting, coagulated blood balls rolled lightly in something like grape kool-aid (with no sugar).. I forced them down to get my dose of iron for the day, but no exaggeration, I found myself trying anything to get rid of that horrible, blood-like taste. I mean, I totally understand, it’s an iron gummy - what do you expect? Well.. For it to be advertised as tasty as it was hyped up to be, definitely not what I got! I will definitely be sticking to my old school iron pills. If you wanna try to pretend your a vampire once a day, go for it. If you’re looking for something that may actually be somewhat of a gummy treat way to get your daily dose of iron in, this isn’t for you either. C’mon now, Dippin’ Dots! How the heck are you gonna proudly put your name on this product? Just saying.. lol! As far as absorbency, I’d say they do their job. Not taking anymore to really try to notice through my blood work or anything though. Once again — yuck!

These are probably great as far as vitamins go but my 8 year old who is not at all picky won't eat them. He says they're disgusting.

Kids love them, Great taste

I have to take iron daily.. larger dosage. These do not upset my stomach and my Iron level is great.
