No better at cooling than any other regular pillow.

The come super compressed and compact, but once you take it out and flush them up, they are quite massive. I absolutely love that we can take out foam to adjust the pillow for each individual. I’ve purchased 4 of these pillows for the house, and with the foam I’ve taken out of 3 of them, I’ve made a whole other pillow for my youngest. The cooling side of the pillow case does have a weird odour, even over a week after, but it is getting less and less. Other than that, it’s a perfect pillow IMO. Would purchase again!!

Being a pillow snob, I have been on the hunt for years for the perfect squish, softness, thickness, and comfort. I have bought some hotel quality pillows in the past and like them, but decided to give this one a try. I really like the cooling side, however it doesn't stay cool forever, which nothing really will. But I really love how you can remove the stuffing to meet your standards of what thickness you want your pillow to be. This pillow is kind of similar to the 'my pillow' which I've liked, yet this one seems like it will stay fluffier and consistent longer. I really am happy with this pillow, yet it's only been a couple days. I took about a third of the stuffing out and I think it's perfect. I am a back sleeper/side sleeper and this is so comfortable for me. It springs back and fluffs up easily. Hope this helps. I like the price point as well, since the pillow itself is not washable so replacing it every few years is not that costly. Fits in my standard silk pillowcase great! I can't say how durable it is as of yet, but will come back here if my thoughts on it change.

These are good pillows. One side is just a regular pillow and one side is cooling. It keeps its shape well overnight and so far has been a good buy. I sleep on my side and feel like it supports well. Would purchase them again.

I’ve had my sleep change so much from this pillow I had to give a review. I had a major back fusion surgery and my sleep is awful due to neck, head and back pain. I since buying this pillow I can sleep for hours without having to wake up and readjust. I actually took some of the foam pieces out (which is fantastic to have the ability to adjust the pillow to meet your needs) and washed the pillow case before using. The material is very soft and pulls heat away from my head. If you do not like the cooling aspect a pillow case over solves that. I typically push and mold the pillow to fit my neck and head and it stays in that position. It arrived flat and expanded in 5 minutes. The filling is invaded in a separate case from the pillow case itself which was helpful when removing some of the foam. The appearance is of high quality and pillow case material is thick and well made.
