I've been on a long healing journey that started after I had surgery and was treated with multiple rounds of antibiotics and NSAIDs. This product contains three Soil Based Organisms (SBO).I was taking this company's other products, and after reading what they had to say about their SBO product, I thought that it couldn't hurt to take these. I took one last Monday and felt fine. I took one the next day, Tuesday, and all hell broke loose in my bowels. About 8 hours after having had taken it, I woke up to almost projectile vomiting. All my food I ate at 7pm almost came up bursting, and I had to swallow hard to stop it as I sat up. I did a couple more hard swallows and started to calm down from having woken up into straight panic. That next morning, it gave me intense gut pain from gas, and explosive diarrhea several times a day for the next three days, slowly tapering off. I haven't take anymore. Today is the following Monday, and I got the same problems at 7pm, which was about the time I took them the prior week with dinner.These spore forming bacteria are incredibly powerful. One of them creates protease and amylase. The protease breaks down protein into smaller more easily utilized proteins, the basic proteins. Amylase breaks down carbs into glucose and maltitol. If any of you recognize that last word, its in those sugar free gummy bears which cause you incredible gastric distress for the next 24 hours... if you eat 6 of them. Imagine having an organism in your gut which turned your food into that mess, but 24/7!This product is a nightmare for me.Now... on the hand that if you are already having these issues, idk. Maybe there is a use for some very minute part of the population. But if eating a bag of sugar free gummy bears doesn't hurt you, then perhaps these are just fine for you.In any case, I'm wondering if I am lacking a bacteria in my gut flora which eats maltitol. Which would make sense that a large part of the population trying to lose weight has trouble with maltitol.Or better yet, for the now, how do I kill off these SBO?! I've started keto for the last few days to not allow a food source for this one particular SBO. I've done keto for the last 2 years and am pretty good at it, and actually was a picky eater as a child which was also the keto diet.Bacillus Coagulans: Creates amylase. Fights diarrhea.Bacillus Indicus: Creates amylase. Produces carotenoids. This SBO is incredibly resilient against arsenic.Bacillus Subtilis: Creates amylase. This SBO is like an antibiotic which is also part of the same family as anthrax.

I have had bouts of stomach issues in the past month despite I have eaten a lot of home made fermented food like kefir, kombucha and sauerkraut but somehow histamines from those food caused trouble in the past month that never happened before but I also had bouts of loose stools which further diminished my gut flora. I started to have sleep issue and felt anxiety coming back. I have been taking the SBO Mood Probiotic for about 3-4 now. I cannot explain it, but there is definitely a general "good mood" feeling that has taken over. I tried another of the products with some improvement, but there is something different about this one that has worked wonders for me. I ordered a bottle for each of my daughters to try also. So if one of the Lifted products doesn't seem to be doing much for you, I urge you to try this or one of the others to find the right one for your body. And Sylvia will definitely help you. I use this spore/ soil based probiotic along with a bifido based brand to help provide a larger range of strains into my gut biome. I have to be careful as I have some histamine sensativities that can be made worse by certain strains so watch this closely. I have been using this product twice a week along with a daily bifido and am tolerating it well. I like the quality and the company so would recommend it to anyone looking to add this type of probiotic to their nutritional regime.
