Very nice safe. Setup easily. Plenty of room. Enjoy the keypad code versus combination lock.

We chose the model with the keypad and no extra key security. The keypad seemed easier for these tired eyes, and we did not need the extra security with the key. We liked the fact that we could add 2 personal passkeys in addition to the one provided with the safe (which cannot be changed). Adding the extra numbers was easy following the instructions in the manual. (make sure you read it carefully). There is sufficient room to place in the items and documents that we have. The safe came with a flat tray and a drawer which slide out and could be removed if desired. We chose this safe because of its fire resistance rating and weight (90 lbs). While I guess a hefty thief could still pick it up and take, we are hoping that it's not worth their effort. It comes with instructions to be able to bolt it to the floor. I only gave it 4 stars because I have no experience as it it's water resistance and fire protection claims (I hope that I never find out!)

We got this fir our son, it’s a little bigger than he needed but room to grow in!! We order this one for the shelf and draw, we did not receive the draw and was told by one customer service we couldn’t get one and they would credit us, I was disappointed BUT we talked to another customer service and they told us we could get it, in the end, Amazon credit us, glad I got my money back but I ordered this one for the extra!! That call took way to long with customer service, even worse, the language barrier for them/us was so hard (they didn’t understand what we needed, we told them the draw was missing and in another order something was broke, never have I had such a hard time with customer service) we were transferred 3 times!! 🤦🏼‍♀️ BUT As For The Safe, It’s Great, My Son Loves It, He Was So Surprised With How Big And Nice It Is!! Perfect

This is my second SentrySafe. The first one was 10 years old and the battery compartment was behind the number key pad. You had to take the pad off to get to the batteries. Well, the plastic nobs that held the key pad in place broke off. Then the handle broke in half. I'm happy to see that they put the battery case in the side of the key pad. As to whether the handle will hold up, I don't know. It looks like it could break over time. They recommend that you replace the dry pack that comes with it, every few months. So I guess some moisture can get in. The dry packs are sold on Amazon. So far, I'm happy with it overall.
