I needed to replace my current knee pillow due to a new latex allergy. My first new replacement knee pillow that I tried was one of the ones that is more triangular or heart shaped looking. I thought that I would try the new shape. That pillow squished down to nothing. Very disappointing. I liked the dimensions of my old knee pillow which is similarly shaped to this one. It looks like over the years these knee pillows that are more box or square shaped have shrunk in size. Thankfully, they are mostly made of memory foam now. I chose this knee pillow to purchase because it is wider depth wise at almost 8". most of the other knee pillows offered are between 6" and 7". I find that the extra depth stabilizes the knee pillow between my legs so it does not squish down to nothing as easily. This pillow has the strap. I do not use the strap. The strap is out of the way so it does not bother me. I like that the zipper tab is fabric covered so it does not irritate your skin. This one is a keeper.

Super comfortable and soft and washable cover.

The fabric is very soft and the foam is firm. In those respects it is everything i was looking for. There are 2 issues I have with it otherwise I would've given 5 stars. The first is that it's very difficult to removing the tags completely without cutting into the fabric. As a result, the remnant of the tag is very scratchy. If the tags could be made of a softy or silky material that would be a big improvement. The second is that while I appreciate the ability to adjust the length of the strap, the Velcro is also very scratchy. I wish the strap was covered elastic vs. Velcro.

Should have bought years ago, instead of using a bed pillow! I have back and sciatic issues. Keeps my spine aligned while I sleep.

i liked that the strap stretches and helps to hold the cushion on my leg. however, the strap goes right behind the knee joint and is uncomfortable there. also, the pad is too thick and too hard to be comfortable all night long. its likely very durable though.... i used it twice and stored it away.

I'm impressed. After using this, I have very little back discomfort and I find that I sleep longer and have better quality sleep in side position that I did previously. It's amazing that a small pad like this makes such a big difference.

Got this for my 80 yr old mom who is of tiny stature/frame and suffers from hip pain from time to time (and with increasing frequency). I was concerned her legs wouldn't be substantial enough to hold it whilst turning over at night, but she reports that it is extremely comfortable, stays in place even without the straps and helped her hips feel better after just one night using it. I call that a WIN.Thanks for a great product!
