Here's how to unlock the suitcase (It comes with no instructions)
The default factory code is 0-0-0. There's a raised plastic square for the TSA key - press the right edge and slide it towards your left - the zipper tabs pop open when you do so. Yes, it's really that simple. These people really should've included that in a manual or something.Actual review: The suitcase looks okay, is actually super light, and I'm looking forward to travelling with it. It does feel a little flimsy though, time will tell how well it survives my rough handling. I don't see a warranty card in the packaging, and that, coupled with the complete lack of instructions on how to operate the lock made me dock two stars off. Also, the 'expandable' section doesn't really add a whole lot of volume - I was expecting better.

the bag was locked with zero instructions to help me how to open itI spent an hour trying to open it and finally after searching on YouTube I could open itit was really annoying and frustrating !I don't know why they could not put a small card explains how to use the lock!
