I take this to prevent any canker sores. Prior to taking this, I was getting at least one canker sore a month and it would take like two weeks to go away. I do my blood test once a year and it always comes back perfect for my iron I take two of these two irons and two vitamin d and 3 vitamin c and it works out perfect for my iron blood test

Excellent product for a smooth ride on productivity although i took a second dose at the 8 hour mark as I dont sit down for work and family committments and have move toward the higher dose for this product line
