I use it to cool my lower back when it starts to feel painful. Stays cool for longer than the 20 minutes I use it. Can’t speak for hot applications, which I assume is where the bulk of bad reviews came from.

If you overheat the pack, it can burn your skin or leave a red mark. To avoid this, when hearing in microwave, check if the temperature is hot enough in intervals of 45-60 seconds (depending on the power of your microwave). Overall, using it is very soothing to the muscles, but it looses its heat quicker if it is not covered under an object, i.e a blanket.

The bag is already leaking and the product comes out. 5 month old, not a good quality.

I used this for post operative care and absolutely loved it. It comes with straps so you can even chose to strap it on and go on with your day.

Only used for one time and gell came outside I wasted my money

There was a leakage. And a jelly mess all over my clothes

This meets my requirements and its performance is good and soothing and flexible in its adjustments.
