Jeff White Thumb Skinning Knife

I have many of Jeff's knives, if you know how to handle and care for them you won't find anything better I use the Lansky diamond rod for honing. Keeping it razor sharp is the biggest difference to a perfect skinning and dressing job. Jeff's design is impeccable I have dressed out a bunch of chickens and small animals with this.I keep it on a small sheath attached to the but of my 45-70. Perfect size for field dressing. I prefer the full-size Nessmuk Skinner, also by Jeff to fully proces large game, but this works great for field dressing or full processing of smaller game. The grind of the knife is perfect and the thin blade makes all the difference compared to a regular Bush craft knife. If this is your first knife from Jeff you will be impressed! This will be a knife you pass on to your grandchildren.
