Pros: Mouse with gaming grade sensor — high speed tracking works well. Clean design, lightweight & fits in hand. Good RGB light customizations, button mapping and macros with steelseries software. Cons: Although the mouse remembers LED settings without steelseries software, it must be installed and running for modified buttons to work. Got it new & untouched — unlike the other reviewer. Remember to peel of the stickers from the feet for smooth motion. Recommend using a good mouse mat.

Overall - Good mouse But on delivery there were scratches on the side and top. It looked as if this was used and repacked. Not happy with the delivery.

Though the price is less, the performance is close to that of Razer's lower-end mice. It is nice and light and moves seamlessly above any padding and the ergonomic design is great. Side buttons also really help especially when it comes to gaming. No malfunctions till now. Only bad thing though is that the RGB is not as crisp and transitions are not as good as I expected, but still looks good. Amazing if you are on a budget

i have no issues with its gaming performance its all good but after just using for 2 months its right click isn't working properly i contacted steelseries they said contact retailer i did that as well but on their website there is no option of steelseries i can't be able to claim its RMA either i have waited for more than 10 days for their response and then they rejected my ticket

A very good entry level mouse from SteelSeries. I was using only Logitech series prior to this. My G102 lasted exactly 2 years and the left click started giving a problem. So thought of trying out a different brand and am so glad I did that Has a good feel in hand and it's very ergonomic. Improved my gameplay due to the awesome SteelSeries software (SteelSeries Engine 3). One unique feature is that you can customise the lights to notify u of gaming events. Once u use it, u will understand what am saying. Clicks feel solid. Build wise it's ok and there is no braided cable. Considering the price point, I won't consider this a con. Just letting u guys know before buying. One thing to note is that, the dpi can only be set as fixed values. U cannot set any custom number u prefer. I use 500 for CS Go and 1000 for DotA and other games. But if u want anything inbetween, then it's not possible. Not a con for me though, but might be for some. Over-all, am very happy with this purchase and will surely upgrade to a SteelSeries in the future too. Happy gaming !!!

Buttons started failing under a year, bought in Oct 2019 and buttons either click twice or not at all now. No official warranty support from SteelSeries in India for their products. Kept getting tossed around when I tried to claim mine. Update - Oct 9, 2020 SteelSeries finally has a service partner in India and they managed to deliver a replacement. But had to go through too many hoops to get this done.

SO THIS product is not even listed in the official steel series website and I was stupid enough to buy it and exactly 18 days after I bought this it stopped working Now my official window for having a refund about this product had been over but I still tried explaining my situation to Amazon customer care and they gave me a refund. So don't buy this product but even if you do get it only from Amazon. I really wish I could write a review on how great the amazon customer care is they really made my day.
