Can this print A1, A2, and A3 photo's. ? ... and what any other sizes?

It can print any image from A4-A1 but the T230 it isn't the ideal photographic printer. It will print photographs but if you are a professional photographer it shouldn't be your printer of choice. The best photographic A1 printers in the HP DesignJet Graphics range would be the HP DesignJet Z6ps A1 or Z9ps A1 (photo gallery quality) using 6 and 9 inks respectively. These graphics printers differ from the technical range of printers in several ways - namely more memory, postscript capability, cheaper ink, wider media offerings, different ink which won't fade, ability to enable colour management and in the case of the Z9ps an expensive spectrophotometer which will allow you to match exact colour pantones. You can go 'cheap' and purchase a T230 (meant for builders/architects to knock out line drawings with the odd picture), but a photographer spends so long getting the perfect shot and tweaking the images to look perfect - so if you want the image to print exactly how you envisaged then you're going to want the right printer. Technically, yes, you can although this printer is more suited for printing on a larger scale, i.e posters, schematics, floor plans etc.

Greetings, I believe you are asking what toners you can use with this particular machine. With regards to the second part of your question, I am not aware of a way to top up the cartridge, as far as I am aware you just replace them as and when needed.
