Great tasting, mixes well. What else is there to say about protein powder!? This stuff is amazing. The taste is really close to actual mint chocolate chip ice cream. It mixes really easy in my shaker bottles, no lumps, no chalky taste, no gritty mouth feel. Love it.

I was looking for a new meal replacement shake and I felt like goldie locks. That one had too much fat, that one had too many carbs, that one didn't have enough protein.... but this one was just right. I'm super active and work out everyday so I need a good healthy balance of fat, protein and carbs that is easy on the tummy and Syntha6 checked all of the boxes. Here's my reviews on the flavors that I have tried thus far: Cold Stone Mint Chocolate Chip - My flavor by far. BSN really hit the nail on the head with this one. It tastes like melted mint chocolate chip ice cream. Cold Stone Cookie Doughn't - I didn't really get cookie dough from this one but it was okay. It was VERY sweet so if that isn't your thing then I'd suggest the mint. Standard Chocolate - This was not my favorite chocolate flavor of theirs. Their True Mass Chocolate Milkshake is a much better chocolate flavor. Pumpkin Pie - I wanted to LOVE this one but I it's just okay. It has a bit of a synthetic aftertaste.

I’ve had my share of different protein powders, but this one is hands down my new favorite! It mixes great, and mixed with the vanilla flavored almond milk makes it super creamy! Macros are a little high for 22g’s of protein per serving, but some fats and carbs are actually good for you especially on training days. Will be buying more of this when I run out! Great Job BSN with this one!
