I have just bought this a few days ago and am really impressed with how easy it is to use and set up, once i tried to use it a couple of times it got better and better.

Works OK, but you'll need to practice
I can definitely work with this tool, but it's not as easy to use as I'd hoped. Still, it beats trying to cut it free-hand!!- Be sure to read the instructions because using this item is not intuitive.- You will need to practice several times before using it on an actual board you want to keep.- Each cut requires several passes to get through the board, which means you have to exactly re-trace your cuts in order for them to look smoothly and not tear the top-layer of matting, or "fung-up" the bottom layer and leave "sniglets" of paper around the edge. (It's not proper English, but you get the idea.)- Also, you will go through blades quickly because they have to be extremely sharp for it to cut a smooth curve. Be sure to buy plenty of extras!!

So simple to use with fantastic results
I have been amateur framing for a few years and wanted to do more interesting framing projects, I bought this and so glad I did, its so simple to use with great results, it's a strong sturdy little gem, just watch the promo on YouTube on how to use and away you go.
