Nice tubing. Easy to cut and seals well when attached to a 1/2 barbed fitting.

This is good solid vinyl tubing. It's less expensive than the hardware store and just as sturdy. Depending on what you're attaching it to, it may be good to have a thermos full of hot/boiling water to dip it into for a few seconds to loosen it up or you could try dish soap. It can be a little on the tough side to connect but that just means that the connections are more sturdy once you do get it attached. I use it for my hydroponic garden and love the stuff.

So happy I opted to give this tubing a try! It is FAR more flexible than any other tubing I have used throughout my fishkeeping and hydroponic systems and best of all, instead of my tubing turning green from exposure to light (algae loves light!) my tubing, as well as my tank water remains algae-free!I am currently using this tubing in a hydroponic grow tower. It works with a pump in a covered base tank that isn't exposed to light, but the majority of the tubing spends its time snaking its way up to the top of my grow tower and is exposed to a LOT of light. The black tubing seems to have stopped the water in my base tank from taking on the green tinge of algae and I don't have to risk my plants using any sort of algaecide to eliminate it.I will definitely buy more of this tubing for my outdoor water features in the spring!

This is a good hose but it is a bit flimsy compared to other tubing I have bought in the past. Nothing I am really concerned about but it does have the capability of kinking. Would have preferred a hose that was denser for my application but I will roll with it for the money. Cause you can't beat the price. So I recommend with a bit of a warning. Depending on how you use it this may not work for you. But if you just need some tubing this is pretty good. It also does hold a lot of pressure and does not expand under a moderate amount of back pressure. That was my main concern. So in that sense it does what I need it to do.

Solid tubing. Had to let to lay unrolled to keep it straight but I am very happy with the purchase.

I bought this five times, the first two about six months ago it was nice thick tubing that didn't kink and held it's form. The last three times is much thinner walled tubing that kinks easily and as much softer. The original tubing was five stars, this new stuff is two star material.
