Q: how do you hold it on your back?

Use an ace bandage to hold an ice pack anywhere on your body. Learned this in PT.

Q: whats the difference between Black or blue?

The blue is definitely less durable. Had for less than a month and leaks brown goo all over. My PT uses the black ones as they had the same issue with the blue leaking. Wish I knew before I wasted my money on the blue one. Very disappointed.

Q: How do I access the warranty? I have had mine for 4 months and use it maybe once a week and it has began to leak its gel/fluid. Please replace.

I've had two of these that eventually formed seam leaks. I've found one way to seal the leaks. After cleaning all the material that leaked, squish the filler away from the seam so the leak area can be pressed without leaking more. Lay a continuous bead of superglue on the cover, 1/4" to 1/2" beyond the leak. Then cut a patch a little bigger than the superglue bead from a thinner rubber glove. Make sure the patch is wrinkle free and apply it on the superglue and press it down firmly all around, especially into the seam dip.

Q: How long to re freeze after use?

I put mine back in the freezer until I need to use it again.

Can mold to the shape of your knee even when frozen...Love it!

Most packs I bought were frozen into shape and would not bend to the shape of my knee until melted, which defeated to object! This is a pliable jelly even when taken straight out of the freezer. well worth the money.
