Viotek 32 inch LED Curved Computer Monitor with Speakers -1920x1080 Full HD, VGA DVI and HDMI, Model NA32C

As my eyes get worse, it gets harder to play my musical instruments. I figured that if I could scan in sheet music or do a direct image on a big monitor, that I could enjoy playing again. I was right! This monitor is full HD 1920 x 1080p so I can see 2 pages of music at a time. The resolution is adequate to see the little dots on the dotted quarter notes. There is absolutely no blur or bad display areas. I added an outboard camera, called a HoverCam Ultra 8, which directly connects to the HDMI port on this display for breathtaking display of the page(s) of music. I also connected the monitor to a laptop computer and added a "FOOTIME" USB foot-switch to flip pages while I'm playing my violin. The FOOTIME simulates a computer mouse, so I can instantly go forward and backward in the scanned (PDF) music. I also tried this monitor in "portrait" mode, and it was so fantastic! If I could figure out how to mount it that way, I'd get a second one and use one for each of 2 pages of music! This is a very low-priced, high-quality product and I certainly recommend it!

Ok, let me start out by saying that I prefer brutal honesty when it comes to reviews.Pros: Huge beautiful screen, crisp detail, colors pop, the curve feels very natural, super responsive great for gaming and watching movies.Neutrals: Built in speakers are ok, they will do in a pinch but definitely want to use headphones or other desktop speakers.Cons: Mine suffers from very minor backlight bleed however I only notice it when the screen in completely black. This screen is bright and I mean bright, if I was to watch a video of the sun I would need sunscreen. I do however have light sensitivity issues and generally use it with little to no ambient light, for a well lit office this would be amazing. In order to calm the intensity of the backlight on this monitor I have set the brightness to 0, lowered my windows gamma settings to 0% and my amd drivers settings for gamma down another 35%. the stand that this screen comes with is sturdy however the way it mounts to the monitor is finicky, it press fits into a slot in the bottom of the monitor vertically fit but loose from side to side, getting it to sit completely level on your desk will take some time. the vga cable that this monitor comes with is useless, if used you will be handicapping this screens potential, definitely want to use hdmi or dvi cable.Over all I am happy with my purchase and would have to recommend it to anyone that's on a budget and cant stand tiny screens, this is a great monitor especially considering the price.

The monitor came on time with Amazons amazing two-day options and UPS on time delievery. I unopened box and was excited to see the monitor underneath it all. Neatly packaged and secured to prevent and wear or damage to monitor pre delivery. Good job on the packaging. The monitor is very bright from edge to edge. With no screen bleeding in sight. You may have to to adjust the brightness down a bit, because wow this screen is a beauty with its illumination. The speakers in the compuer are loud and not distorted and very good built-in for the price of the monior. The unique curve design is impeccable as it follows well with my set up and suits with the contour of my wall. The white of the monitor is very bright. You would think it was clear coated by Rolls-Royce themselves lol. The screen is blemished free, no dimples. Haven't had an issues with lines rolling through the screen or any distortion. The monitor goes sleep as soon as it loses signal, that's very big. I'm the type of guy to leave my screen on why not in use. They thought of people like me or us and saving our already great priced monitors for long lasting usage. All the mounts seem strong and durable and well made. The buttons don't lag on the monitor when pushed the execute. Power cord fits perfect no lose cables while attached. I'm running hdmi to my monitor for best results and not the rva. But thanks for including it. Appreciate it. I also got an external mount to mount my monitor higher so I can view my laptop underneath. I will keep updating with review as my usage of the monitor goes on to keep everybody updated on the usage. And quality of the product. But wow this thing is amazing. I'm 1 week in. But the reviews of this will continue. As of now I'm extremely satisfied and urge people to try it out. I'm not the one to write a review all the time but this monitor is amazing. Thanks guys.Update New Monitor ordered - Different Quality - Different Monitor - September 2016I ordered 2 more of these monitors after being impressed with the 1st one for the cost. Anyways only 1 was delivered but Amazon refunded the other not being delivered. Another issues is that this new monitor is not even the same as the 1st one I bought. This newer monitor has lower quality. It shows in the graphics also the feel of the monitor is different.t It went from nice silk material to a new rough surface. The monitors stand was even cheaped out upon compared to the original I ordered. The price did remain the same. This went from a 300 dollar monitor to 200 at best.

Not sure where all the positive feedback has come from. Unless my product was somehow defective, this was a terrible solution as a computer monitor. This is really nothing more than a bad curved 1080p TV disguised as a computer monitor. I fiddled with colors, brightness and contrast for hours trying to get something resembling the typical blacks and sharpness associated with computer monitors. If you are looking for something to watch hi def videos on youtube, then this will work great for you, but as a computer monitor it's quite terrible. Text is super blurry with uneven colors, even in "text mode." I ended up returning it and getting a Vizio Smartcast 43" 4K TV instead. I'm so much more happy with this 4k TV. Even at 1080p everything is clearer and the blacks are what they should be while the whites remain bright and colors vivid. Video is excellent on the Vizio. Paired with an HDMI 2.0b graphics card and bumping up to 3840x2160 resolution, I'm also getting actual computer screen resolution which equals massive amounts of real estate. The Vizio was $50 more than the Viotek, which ends up making the Viotek seem like a rip off, IMO.
