Well constructed product and works perfectly. The bearings move with ease, thus making skipping much easier. I would buy this product again.

I've purchased two of these leather ropes. 9' length. Overall, they work well.Positives:I'm a novice boxer and I do 30 minute warm-up jump rope sessions before workouts, I can jump non-stop with this rope for the whole 30 minutes.I can jump on nearly all surfaces with little to no issues or affect of the leather durability.Works for double unders, crisscrossing without tangling, and all tricks I've tried.Negative factors:Takes a little bit to break in, if it's not hung on a wall (if you keep it in a gym bag) it tends to get pretty stiff and holds the shape it was stored in.One of my ropes, and two of the same rope I've used at gyms, have broken right near the handle. I'm not sure why this is, but that's three total ropes I've seen where the leather wears out and breaks near the handle.

This jump rope looks cool. It is definitely made well and I can see it lasting for a long time. As I am new to jump ropes for exercise I found the leather cord to be too light for me. It made it hard to keep my rhythm at times. I ended up buying a different one with a 1/4lb cord that I like much better.

I’ve bought the metal cable jump rope in the past l, and the outdoor surfaces cause the cable to fray and catch on the ground. Leather rope all the way. The last Everlast jump rope I had lasted almost 5 years!

I loove the big wooden handles and thick leather rope,its like the oldschool kind,been using it for months now and its still holding up,im an amateur boxer/coach assitant. would reccomend to anyone and it seems to be built to last,might not be good if u got lil hands.i got the 8.5foot one and its perfect for me im 6 foot tall.

Pedí la cuerda de 9.5 pies de largo y se ajusta perfecto a mi estatura (mido 1.80). Aún falta probar la calidad del cuero y los baleros. Es más delgada que otras cuerdas de cuero, pero de momento parece no afectar el funcionamiento.

A good skipping rope. Ball bearings really smooth.
