I got notification from Amazon is the delivery expected is 15th Feb but it came one day before. Amazon is more efficient than their own system. Hats off to Amazon people. Now for product, product meets my expectations. It is sturdy and strong. Look is very nice. Quality is also very good. I definitely recommend this product if you want compact size of sitting arrangement in living room with storage place. This is a best option.

After placing my order for a very attractive Ottoman, a few days later I received a message advising that the item could not be shipped to Australia. Very, very disappointed.

Great product, spacious

I trusted the positive reviews, which were plenty, but I always check out the 1 star reviews also. I was expecting lower quality, legs wouldn't attach properly, not strong enough to sit on, it would sit too low and would be difficult to unpack. So in other words I was trusting a few gripers to outweigh the other 95% of the reviews. They were wrong and the positive reviews were correct. Very high quality, inexpensive but not cheap looking. The legs attach very easily and very solidly and they are great looking on it. I am 230 pounds and wasn't planning on using this to sit on, I wanted it for a storage area in my spare bedroom that was smaller than a dresser. But I was curious to see how strong it was and I sat on it. No, it didn't crack, or give in any way. It felt very solid. Also, I didn't think that it sat too low. For me it's perfect for storage but if someone wanted to sit on it they could. And it was easy to unpack. (Seriously, some people will try to find anything to complain about!) I say for the money it's a great value. If you are having doubts, don't. Just buy it. I'm very happy with mine.

I was nervous about purchasing this used, but the only significant damage were the legs. It's shipped in a box that you want to be careful opening as you could cut right through the cushion. All you have to do is add the legs/feet. The lid doesn't squeak when opening as per another review. We use it at the foot of the bed to store about twelve hoodies and a couple of extra shirts. The cushion is a squishy comfortable, so after sitting on it, you rub your palm across it to retain shape. ;)
