I'll be making my own version of this later, but, for a premade mixture, not bad.Flavor profile:-Holy Basil tastes sweeter with a gentle bittersweet back drop (it's good I swear).-Lemongrass tastes like a sharp hit of lemon and sugar mixed together (why you won't need sugar).-Lemon flavor is well integrated into the blend.-Ginger tastes sharp and burns/ tingles (it's also good I swear).This kind of tea helped me (along with NRT) quit smoking cigarettes, because it is sweet, a little bitter, and contains ginger. I still take nicotine orally, but the burning from the ginger gave me the same sensation as the cigarette smoke in the back of my throat, so it's comforting. I've also had gallbladder surgery and this has been great for aiding in my digestion.

This is my first time buying tulsi tea, so I can't say whether or not it's better or worse than other tulsi teas. I can say it tastes fantastic, and has just the right amount of lemon and ginger flavors to balance it out. Drinking it makes me feel relaxed but without a sedative effect, while also clearheaded and alert. I've drank it both in the morning and at night, and enjoyed it with and without a little bit of cane sugar or honey, and I like it either way.
