Well, i had high hopes for this product and business, as i read the reviews prior to actually purchasing this item for my son, everyone elses was good and in perfect working order, unfortunately i received the item damaged as seen in pictures, meaning the lights did not work due to some damage, my son was not very happy as i tried a resolution which got me and the mrs no where, there was no partial refund option which i could and wouldve settled for, the only alternative was to send a helmet of some sort, which is no help at all, as ive payed over 500 for this item.. very disappointed as i really did have high hopes. Now we have to cope with a faulty scooter, the only thing i can recommend is to go some place else and try to get one of these as ive had no resolution to this problem.

The scooter arrived in six days, slightly earlier than the eight days predicted .. all good there. though the tracking provided by the courier DHL was a bit glitchy ..saying it was at a depot in Germany and then they attempted delivery at 12.30am! and put it on hold awaiting additional information. the scooter arrived well boxed, though the front headlight must of had a bump, as it is cracked along the top, the light still works perfectly, would recommend additional protection around the the front light for when its in transit. The scooter works straight out the box simply lifting the front stem and clicking into place, ensuring the large hook shaped lever at the base is pushed up fully to prevent the stem folding down when riding! then simply click the handlebars into place ..and your good to go. battery comes charged, the motor only kicks in with movement, the scooter has great speed...even better when un restricted! and easily goes up steep hills with ease. cruise control kicks in after keeping the accelerator on for a short time. On smooth roads and pavements its a lovely ride, on canal toe paths vibration is a slight issue at speed, might look at getting softer springs and shocks, but overall its a great scooter, and great fun to drive. would highly recommend. full marks to the seller "blue pigeon" for there prompt reply regarding the tracking information.

I live on the second floor flat and it is a little difficult to get down the stairs but once done taking half an hour walking and less than twenty minutes depending on the speed you use "it will go to 28 miles an hour" is much easier than walking! so that's the reason I choose it.

Honestly one of the best purchases ever fairly cheap but I would say it is well worth the money got it within 3/4 days had a descent charge on it and does very well ride wise. I would highly recommend it’s my second scooter I’ve owned and it’s an absolute blast riding it I did have to re-adjust the brakes and throttle but other than that perfect

Bought scooter broke straight away sent back they have signed for it back but won’t refund abs on no help at all having to go through bank now for fraud

Awful, worked for 5 weeks and then completely stopped. Customer services are sporadic and despite many emails and self help resolutions now have to send item back at our own expense. Really recommend avoiding for the lack of service after purchase.

This scooter is a great buy! The controls are very easy to use and the acceleration and top speed is quick! Nothing feels cheap or flimsy. Very impressed with the the whole service.
