I bought this machine about two years ago and it recently started to give an error message and stoped working. I decided to reach out to the company. The technical support was the best I have ever encountered. I was able to connect and speak to a technician the same day. I was not expecting this since I always had a difficult time in the past with other brands. James the technician was so kind and supportive in resolving my issue. Shortly after exchange of few messages he figured out the problem and decided to send me a replacement part. All in the same day and within matter of one hour. I have never encountered such an excellent service! The part arrived very quickly and he assisted me with the installation as well and the machine was fixed!I have bought many different brands of money counting machines and this one has been the best. It is very well made and is very accurate.I bought the same one again when the machine stopped working and will use the fixed one as a back up now. I highly recommend this money counter. It’s an excellent machine and the technical support is outstanding!

Machine was packed well and arrived in good condition. It is working well and doing everything they said it would. Good decision.

I grabbed two of these in January 2022 for a really heavy cash business. It's being run for at least an hour a day of bills being taken in from the public. All we have done is wipe it and use a high pressure air spray through it to clean the gunk/dust out once a week since purchase. However in one week it gets filthy. It has now been a little over 3 years since purchase and being run as described. I am just now starting to have issues with one machine missing a bill or two while counting every day or two. I am back here to buy another one because honestly the value this provides for the cost is substantial.

I want to give this machine 5 stars but I have multiple stores and I use this one for one of my stores and my staff and I have an issue with bills jamming only when it's old bills or wrinkled up bills that we try to straighten up. I believe it's mostly due to dirty and/or wrinkled bills that it jams up but in the area where I'm at it's very difficult to get good clean bills so I doubt that this will improve.

Machine works great. Counts accurately and easy to setup

This counter would jam up when counting, having me to insert the same bills over and over again. Very time consuming not to mention frustrating. It got to a point where i had to count bills manually. After the first day of use, I immediately placed it back in box and shipped it back to sender.
