It does the job but it’s super tight. I sized up but it’s still uber tight!!! It hurt the whole time I wore it (9 hours) I had a temporary flat tummy after taking it off.You will sweat well but it’s all water weight. If you normally wear a medium, get a smallI went by the size chart which isn't quite accurate. It fits like a workout shirt, so if you want some compression size down👇I'm stuck with this thing but thought I'd tell y'all in case you need an honest review.I'm 5'6 165 btw wear size M

I am 5'6" 185lb and normally wear a size 18 for pants or a 1X. I ordered a 2X because my waist is my problem area. I couldn't even get it closed enough to attempt to zip it. I sent it back and ordered a 3X, a size that normally hangs on me! I think the quality would be good ok if it fit! When ordering think about what shape you are instead of what you weigh!! My shape is not an hourglass like the woman's in the picture! I got the 3X today. I could get it zipped at least. It is too bulky to wear under clothes, which was disappointing.

This product is really good for the price. I love that I instantly felt back support and that it firmly fits under the bust. I also love that it's long enough to cover that lower abdominal area (the "mommy pouch"/ "fupa") that many others do not cover and leaves you looking like a chunk of sausage leaking out its case. This covers that area with the main zipper part which has a hook closure under the bust to prevent unzipping. What I would've changed about it, is the flexibility of the velcro topper/cincher part because that part is sewn in at the waist and doesn't stretch to cover the "mom pouch" to be more tightened/firm, however this IS a *waist trainer* and will be firm around the waist but if paired with tummy control leggings you will have an over-all support of waist and lower abdominal pouches that need to also be "heated up" for losing weight. I would still recommend because for people with herniated discs like me, the back support alone feels great and comfortable, so I know with consistency the back fat around the bra area will decrease while assisting with better posture.
