A great product! Easy to use and wonderful to have!

I originally tried to order the Sparkel pouches directly from Sparkel but they ended up messing up my address and loosing it the mail. And costumer service was no help. Thank god Amazon had them because I would not have been able to use my $150 machine. Super great and easy product to use. We love our Sparkel so it was a bit frustrating when we could not get the pouches. Now I dont have to worry. Note do not bother ordering directly from Sparkel.

For all the hype they placed on using 100% of their product only in their machines, you'd expect the packets to be of high quality ingredients. But on cutting open the taped together pairs, I noticed either the Citric Acid or the Baking soda was clumpy as if it absorbed moisture. Even though they are sealed right from their factory. But it wasn't clumpy out of every packet.When it was clumpy, the machine would make a horrible noise as to rotator paddles on the inside turned. Which made the machine sound very loud at the beginning (65Db), but once it broke down the clumps it machine became a softer hum (41Db). Still noticeable, but not as loud as it was breaking up the hard clumps from right out of their own untouched packaging.So for the hype on using their supposed quality ingredients. That is just hype and personally I found Arm & Hammer baking soda to be clump free right out of the package and finer in grind than the so-called quality product of theirs.

The cost is crazy high and I stopped using the tank style makers due to cost and availability!Now I’m back to high cost as 1 bag for 1 water bottle of bubbles … which isn’t exactly a savings either!!!

We love bubbly water at my house. We have a soda stream but it is hard to get the cartridge refill so we bought the sparkle machine. We absolutely love it. It’s easy to use and there are no cartridges to get and no bottles to recycle. I am sure this is one of the best purchases I have made in a long time. It works great for plain bubbly, fruit infused drinks, and making a soda. I love this machine.
