4ALLFAMILY Biogel Ice Pack Replacement for 4ALLFAMILY Voyager, Explorer & Big Nomad Coolers

I loved this product, it enabled me to keep my medicine cold when I travelled, excellent idea.

I use these to transport my Emgality pens from the States to the remote island where I work, in that I cannot get this medication in my location. Therefore, I often transport 3 - 6 months worth at a time, so it's imperative that the temperature stays below 44 F for the duration of my travel, which is usually 30 - 40+ hours. I originally purchased the 4allFamily cooler, as well, but as it became necessary for me to transport more than one month's worth of medication, I had to purchase a larger bottle that would fit multiple ice packs, such that it could subsequently fit multiple syringes. I use a half-gallon bottle with 2 of the large size ice packs and 1 medium. I also add a thermometer, such that I can verify the temperature when I arrive at my location. So far, so good. I'm so grateful to this company for manufacturing products that enable me to safely transport my medication, such that I can live and do what I'm called to do.

One of the best ice packs you can get provided it will fit your thermos It’s designed for particular thermos but if you have a place to put it besides that it will hold the cold a lot better than most ordinary ice packs it’s a good product so I bought another one.

On a 36 hour trip I used the usb cord when I was able, and the ice block lasted the entire time

I keep one in the freezer while the other is in use.
