I bought this yeast again for the second time. It has been almost a year, and we are doing more in the bread machine than I ever figured we would. The yeast is great. No fail, every time. Make different bread recipes and dough for homemade pizzas. Bring home back to basics. Would highly recommend!!

This is the best yeast I have used. I use a bread machine to make my dough. The yeast makes the dough rise really nice. The package was sealed really tight. Would buy again.

I cannot recommend this One in a Mill Instant Dry Yeast enough! I have used different yeast in the past and never had a faster rise than when using this one. My bread even rose even more beautiful in the oven and the taste was wonderful! It seems the quality of yeast is outstanding and the amount of yeast you get for the prize is well worth it! Very happy with my purchase and will definitely purchase this again in the future.

It's good quality yeast. It has worked well in many baking items and I have no complaints.

As a person who bakes all their bread, pizza dough, buns, and rolls from scratch on a weekly basis I can not recommend this yeast enough. I have bought it several times now and will continue to as long as it is available. The texture is very fine allowing me to skip the first proof in my breads, which saves over an hour! The rise is phenomenal and gives a nice yeasty taste to all my dough. For the quality and amount of yeast this is a great price point. I open one bag at a time and store it in a glass jar in the freezer. I've never had a problem with expiration dates or dead yeast. I have 10 people to feed so I bake A LOT! It's nice to find a product that is as affordable and dependable as the One in a Mill brand.
