I used to take two different probiotics, one for digestion and one for women's health, plus cranberry, every day. This probiotic has all of them combined into one! It helped with regularity and keeping pH balanced.

Stomach issues were made worse using this product, bloating & gas. No change in my diet and I gained 10 pounds while taking this probiotic. I would not recommend using this product to anyone, it was a waste of money and effort. Also, pill was difficult to swallow
