Better Design than Name Brand
I don't know what I was thinking paying for the brand name version of this previously. The Kirkland Aller-Flo bottle design is so much better than Flonase. With the Flonase bottle, I'd often get what felt like weak pumps of the bottle, so I was never sure if I actually got a dose or not, so often I'd waste another pump. The Aller-Flo never has the weak pump issue. Each has been consistent and I can tell I received a dose. Formula-wise, these seem to be exactly the same as Flonase. It works fast, and it's effective.

These expire very soon! Received 3/21/2018...expiration date says July 2018!
I'm sure the product is fine; I just received it a few minutes ago. HOWEVER, the expiration date is July 2018 ... I would think the expiration date would be out much further than that! I can go to the drugstore and purchase a generic bottle of this stuff and it won't expire until next year. So, just keep in mind when you are ordering this 5 pack ... you'll want to use it up pretty quickly. That shouldn't be a problem for me, because my son and I both use it. So, I figure if we each go through a bottle a month, we'll be fine. Disappointed that the expiration date isn't further out. Otherwise, I would have given them 5 stars.

Works better than what my insurance company sends
I am fortunate to have excellent health insurance; one of the benefits is that it pays for certain drugs that are over-the-counter such as Prilosec, Zyrtec, Flonase, etc. with zero co-pay, as long as the doctor writes an RX for it. It has been way too long since I’ve seen my doc, so I have no refills of my OTC meds, which led me to buy this to hold me over til I get my lazy self to the doctor. My insurance company sends me generic Flonase from a pharma company called GSMS, which works ok, but for some reason, this Kirkland brand is more effective. Not sure why - the active ingredient is the same and it has that same floral scent. Whatever the reason, I am using it only once a day compared to up to three times a day with the other brand, so I’ll be sticking with this brand even though I have to pay for it myself.Everything about this brand is identical to Flonase - dark glass bottle, same 50 mcg of the active ingredient, same explosion of floral fragrance. What’s more is that it works just as well as buying the name brand without the price tag. And I don’t need a Costco membership to get it!

Dont do it!
I dont care what a heart tugging fake review a mother makes about her whole family taking this crap makes you feel. Dont buy it! I use the real deal and thought id get a deal. Its like mixing a shot of jack daniels into a gallon of water. They say they have the ingredients to get you right, but it doesn't get the job done. Using this concoction made for a week of misery for this ol boy. I appreciate the effort to make things more affordable but they arent there yet.

Identical to Nasacort except for the inhaler which is flint glass, not plastic and $6.50 each versus over $20 each for Nasacort
1/16/18 - reordered - good product! This product is a dead ringer for the brand name, Nasacort. The only difference I see is that Nasacort is supplied in a 100% plastic bottle and the Kirtland product comes in a flint glass bottom dispenser with a plastic actuator. I've worked in the RX biz since the 1970's and I recall the launch of the nasal steroids in the 1980's that began with products like Beconase, Vancenase and the now defunct Nasalide. Nasacort has a better base formulation than older products like Nasalide which contained pharmaceutical grade polyethylene glycol (a relative of modern day antifreeze).Nasacort is a good product and has demonstrated efficacy for allergic rhinitis but it's expensive at $18-$25 per nasal inhaler depending on the seller. The Kirtland product is very sensibly priced in this 5 dispensers for $34 package and is essentially the same product as Nasacort right down to the scent. I would not be surprised if the products were made by the same company and simply put in different packages.

Kirkland Aller-Flo
This stuff works great! I use it every night before I go to bed and can breathe good all night long, enabling me to sleep better. Since I started using this product, I no longer take my Zyrtec (generic)!! Actually, I breathe better all day long and don't have those sinus drips and sniffles any more! I would recommend!! Great price, too!

Exactly the same as Flonase but at a much, much cheaper price
This is generic Flonase at way, way cheaper price. Works just as well, is indeed the same formulation as regular Flonase at a fraction of the cost.Kirkland is the Costco brand name. Costco used to offer it online but I think is now restricting it to members only. But it's a great savings over the vastly overpriced name brand Flonase and most of the other generic brands of Flonase as well.

Package appears opened/tampered with
Unfortunately I did not catch this when we put this package away a couple of months ago. We buy ahead to ensure we don't run out. You can see from the pictures that this package is either very poorly designed, or has been tampered with. The comparable version from Sam's Club is completely sealed and the top of each bottle has a shrink-wrap seal. I don't know if these are OK, but I am much more comfortable with medicine packaged in tamper-proof containers.
