Awesome brown sugar, most pure
Brown sugar as it was meant to be. Not refined and straight from the source. Has all the vitamins, minerals and benefits found within the molasses it contains. Very happy. The shape of the package was different than the shape pictured but it is the same product.

Buy local if you can.
I like this shape, it's easier to shave with a butcher knife than the traditional cone. But the price I paid isabout double what I would have if I'd just gone to the Mexican supermarket in town.Flavor is great, rich and complex and earthy. I ended up using it all in atole and cafe de olla.
