We have been taking this for years, we find them easy to swallow with no repeating afterwards. We have been very happy with this. I highly recommend this product.

This is a good multivitamin. I’ve used Solgar products for years, and they are amber glass bottled instead of plastic. They put the right things necessary in to their ingredients. The only downside is cost. They are pricey.
