Delicious, organic water chestnuts...
It can be challenging to find organic water chestnuts. Native Forest makes a great product. The water chestnuts are crunchy and good. A great addition to stirfry or fried rice.The price fluctuates a bit, but it is reasonable priced on the lower end.

They only organic water chestnuts I can find - and they are great!
These are the only organic water chestnuts I can find and they are crunchy and taste great! They are quite a bit more expensive than the non-organic varieties int eh grocery store.

I have bought these water chestnuts before & use them for an Asian Chicken Orzo Salad by Paula Been and they are very good.

Crunchy Texture
I've bought this brand of water chestnuts again and again. You may need to add a little salt as they are on the bland side. Nice crunchy texture.
