Do i need the collar or just the spray?

Thank you for your great question. This product is a refill for PetSafe spray bark collars. Alone, this refill can will not do anything and the collar is needed.

My dog is 70#. will this fit her? she has severe ptsd will this help? also, which would be better for her-scented or unscented?

As for if spray control may help her, it may be best to consult with a licensed animal behaviorist to determine what kind of therapy would be best for your dog. Our spray products are designed to discourage nuisance behavior and should not be used in situations where a dog is reacting fearfully or because of anxiety.

Does this spray refill work with the Downtown citronella bark collar?

I tried to buy4 of them which would=$28 and make it eligible for add on.But your brilliant scheme of "add on" wont let me buy. foot shooting?
