The barbell fell apart as soon we used it. Had to crazy glue it back. The tension cords are not the best , it does allow you to adjust them for resistance, however even then I found I had to make large adjustments just to get the tension to be a little tighter. Ok for a light work out. As for rolling on the floor , as long as the handles stay together it’s good.

So I go to the gym regularly, but on the day's I can't get out I wanted something that cld keep me going. This is a nice add on to regular exercising. And even if your a beginner I think this is a good start, well on top of eating healthier. And for the price you can't go wrong. I wld definitely recommend!not that easy to be broken, don't worry

Zero stars if possible! Looked like the item was returned by other buyer since it’s already broken! Didn’t even get to try it. Returning! So disappointed!
