It works well, high temperature is needed to have good results
Really tasty pizzas can be made... true Italian pizzas. Would be nice to have included in the package some hints or instructions.

オーブンでもバーベキューでも使えます。オーブンの場合は金具は外しています、サイズを見てオーブンに入るか確認してから購入しましょう。 バーベキューの場合直火がプレートに当たるとピザが焦げます。私はウェバー社のジャンボジョーと言う商品で使用していますが、耐火煉瓦をプレートの下に置いて直接火に当たらない様にして使用しています。炭も壁に寄せるなどした方が良いでしょう。 焼きあがると生地は表面サクサクになりとてもおいしいですよ
