I ordered this item only for it to arrive broke. They were quick to replace and the second one arrived just fine. HOWEVER..There are no instructions on how to use the machine. The seller is very slow in responding and simply replied with..there are instructions. No there is not. Also the software that you have to download to even begin to use the machine dont work. I tried on several different devices and none worked. After reading what others had to say, its an issue for ALOT of people. Was bummed that I had to return it because it would have been a great addition to my small in home business.

This cheap laser engraver worked well for my project but be warned, if you try to hack it you could burn out the PWM laser driver.These guys have secretly crossed over the (3) PWM wires inside the cable sheaths and plugs so that if you think you are connecting to 12vdc and the 5v PWM signal, you are not. The lines are crossed and you will inject 12vdc into the PWM pin which almost certainly will fry your laser and render the machine useless and worth nothing.Right on to these geniuses as I guess it's ok to steal secrets, but not to be stolen from without severe consequence should you decide to repurpose the machine. I hacked this machine with a GRBL 1.1f board from Amazon. That has it's own instruction review, which caused me to come back and write this one. Good luck with your project.

This product never worked on PC nor iPhone. Tried to contact through 3 different venues to avoid return with no luck. Noticed on their socials that many people have had my same issues of it not working at all.

Works well. I'm pleased with my purchase.

Still trying to get it to work. Not compatible on Android phone.

CANNOT CONNECT TO MAC ANY HELP WOULD HELP

Not worth the money. It didn't do much of any thing always got stuck on the previous cut through the software they send also its from China not that there's anything wrong with that I just don't know what I'm really putting on my computer.

The media could not be loaded.  Works perfectly. Very satisfied. I got the 20W. Setup was simple enough but I had to roll back the software, to the version provided on the USB stick. When I updated, as prompted, I couldn't connect to my machine.Diode was strong and adjusted focus easily.Everything felt really solid after setup.Wires are taught but good length, easy to connect plugs.The feet have rubber pads to prevent sliding around.It has a placement crosshair laser to assist in setup. Really great feature and my reason for buying.Overall 5/5 stars. The product seems very recent so there are likely some software bugs to work out.

Software is very limited. Wi-Fi is really using your mobile hot-spot. Which really eliminates your Wi-Fi. Can't save projects done on your mobile device. Hot-spot doesn't always work, multiple tries often needed. Doesn't translate pictures well. Only straight line printing available. Would be nice to have auto focus, or adjustable height.

Compré la grabadora laser de 20W. ojo, los 20 W no son la potencia del flash, es la fuente d alimentación. pero aún así vale le pena. Sugiero que antes de comprar tu grabadora láser te pongas en contacto con el vendedor para resolver tus dudas pues parece que no todos los teléfonos son compatibles con la función móvil.Muy buen producto para iniciar en el DIY haciendo trabajos profesionales en pequeña escala.

This machine just suddenly started getting stuck on the right side after moving there and will not move anymore once it gets there

Machine isn’t functional, software needs drastic improvement, not meant for North American English speaking people all instructions are in Chinese. After trying to get the machine to run for over an hour I had enough. Don’t recommend it at all

No drivers. The only links refer to assembly. Falls way short of what was advertised.
