Very good to clean the body as mentioned in its description and I prefer to follow it up with my regular body wash to revive my body back to pre swimming condition.

It's an OK gentle bodywash. But does not contain Sodium Thiosulfate as stated in the product description. Tube label confirms it. So essentially an overpriced standard milder than average showergel.
